Finnean is our deaf Dane. He is so smart and sweet and gorgeous.

He's 10 months old now, and was actually the easiest to train of any dog I've ever owned.

His disabilities are only a negative in my opinion when I see him accidentally hurt himself on occasions because of his visual defects. He often times when playing during a "stupid puppy spell" winds up bumping into furniture. His vision in one eye is very limited but he sees great out of the other eye. So if he's spinning around playing or something he often times bumps things on his visually defective side.

I am so glad that I decided to rescue him after losing my ten year old Dane Coda last October. He's helped to heal my broken heart and brought so much joy into our lives.
